DYNAH, THE HOST

Hosting is my passion, yes. I love to talk in front of many people and give them happiness as I deliver my adlibs on stage. I started my hosting career in 1999 after our college chairperson (Dr. Estrella Navarro) recommended me to try it out at Metro Gaisano Colon. Since then, I have been a mainstay host of said establishment until I got spotted by eventologists, companies and people. I have been blessed with hosting gigs up to the recent time... Thank, God!
Because of my hosting profession, I have had countless celebrity encounters especially when I was privileged to host the Manila Filmfest Parade of Stars in SM City Cebu for two consecutive years (2003 and 2004). I met face to face with famous stars in the Philippines like MTV veejay KC Montero, Jericho Rosales, Juddha Paolo, Rico Barrera, Claudine Barreto, Angelica Panganiban, Vic Sotto, Carlo Maceda, Iza Calzado, Giselle Toengi, Mark Herras, Angelu De Leon, Danilo Barrios, Alessandra da Rossi, Pilita Corales, Chad Borja, Dingdong Dantes, Aizza Seguerra, Karyl Tatlonghari, Vhong Navarro, Carlos Agassi, Kaye Abad, among others.
I also got the chance to co-host an event with Raymond Gutierrez for Libresse launch in SM and Paolo Bendiones for Rejoice affair at Metro Colon.
To estimate, I have probably hosted nearly 400 minor (mostly weekend mall shows in Metro Gaisano chain of stores) and 100 major affairs (mostly hotel functions, corporate affairs, pageants and private gatherings) from 1999 to 2006. I want to be like Oprah someday (smiles)! I look up to her as a woman and a TV host.

I was privileged to host SPRING Recognition Night organized by CITY OF CEBU. SPRING means Services and Procedures Rationalization and Improvement in Government.

The affair was held last July 20, 2007 at City Sports Club Cebu.

I hosted the ''ESSENCE OF A WOMAN'' Fashion Show by Lactacyd held at METRO AYALA

last July 28, 2007.
